The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 for e-wallet channels (GCash, Maya). Minimum amounts for bank transfer channels may differ and will be displayed at the point of transaction. aha88 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts at any time.
GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your aha88 Wallet within seconds of confirmed payment gateway confirmation. Funds deposited into your aha88 Wallet are held solely for the purpose of placing Wagers on the Platform. aha88 does not pay interest on any Wallet balance.
Withdrawals are available to Players who have successfully completed KYC verification. Real-money funds (net of any applicable bonus wagering requirements) are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
aha88 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. These timelines are targets and are not guaranteed.
aha88 reserves the right to apply additional verification procedures to any withdrawal request, including requesting source of funds documentation, particularly for withdrawals above threshold amounts. Players who cannot satisfy verification requirements may experience delays or have their withdrawal held pending resolution.
Withdrawal proceeds will be sent to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. aha88 reserves the right to require withdrawal via alternative methods where the original deposit channel is unavailable or where anti-money laundering obligations require it.

Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant bonus terms before they become eligible for withdrawal. Where a Player's internet connection is interrupted after a wager has been placed, the wager will stand and the outcome will be determined by the game server's record. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and tables on aha88. Nothing in these Terms limits aha88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
aha88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material amendment is made, aha88 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
Amendments take effect upon publication at aha88.bio/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform after an amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting support.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of aha88 shall first be submitted to aha88's internal dispute resolution process.
Players may submit a formal complaint by contacting aha88 support in writing. aha88 will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and endeavour to resolve the complaint within fourteen (14) business days.
